Why you need Enterprise NoSQL…

I get asked a lot about MongoDB. I tell people that you’ll need MarkLogic for true Enterprise scale and reliability. I get a lot of confused looks for saying this. It is true though, despite what 10gen and others say. Just read this real story to see what the issues are. Happily enough, MarkLogic is designed to solve all these issues without a developer having to do anything. This customer decided to abandon NoSQL completely though after having been burnt. (Gartner’s pit of disillusionment in action?)
